For the middle class Americans, saving money is one of the most important focuses. Most of the people in America are completely worn out looking for measures to cut down the electricity costs every month. They are also tired of saving power and gas. Millions of people in America are therefore practicing the Earth 4 Energy system to cut down the costs of power, electricity, and gas. Well! This practice has allowed millions of people to wake up from their sleep and follow these cut down measures.
When I first heard of it, the logic behind creating electricity with windmills and solar panels sounded pretty cool to me. I ended up buying the conversion kit so I could implement it at my house. In the meantime, I’ve added a windmill to my home to harness and produce electricity.
The average person may ask, “What is the benefit of using windmills and solar panels to generate electrical power?” In all actuality, the largest benefit is that my cost of utilities has dramatically decreased. This alternative energy source created by the Earth 4 Energy kit has saved me tons of money.
Besides being cost efficient, a windmill is environmentally friendly and does not emit harmful pollutants choking the fresh air. Moreover, as I can foresee the future, the upcoming generation will definitely resort to this method of generating electricity.
Another added profit in this kind of generation is that the utility companies nearby often purchase excess electricity generated in our house. If we can use less electricity than what is generated we will also earn money by selling the excess amount of power. This is a very common situation and many houses generate more power than usually used. If you were staying in an area, which can generate alternative energy this, would be a real success.
What is the moral of the Earth 4 Energy protocol? The answer is wind or solar power is the one of the cheapest renewable energy available in the market. I have learnt to be energy independent myself. So, why should you lag behind?
You know something else, it has also helped other people who live in rural areas with no power lines. They power their homes with electricity generated from the wind turbines.
The bottom line here is results. This system has proven to be very useful / cost-effective for me and requires very little time and energy to keep-up with. With gas prices and everything else the way it is, turning to more innovative solutions like this is what the country needs. You don’t have to be a victim any longer with technology of this magnitude.

If you're new here, you may first want to get a copy of my information and resources jam packed handbook on your right. Thanks for visiting!
So if energy bills are constantly rising and using fossil fuels is contributing to environmental problems like global warming, doesn’t it make sense to switch to a renewable energy source that is better for the environment and may even save you a bit on utility bills ? It sure does but …there is always a but isn’t there. Solar energy promises to deliver on all of these issues but it is not as straightforward as it seems. This article will list some of the disadvantages of solar power.
The biggest problem for many people that may have just taken out a large mortgage on a house is cost of installing a solar powered system. Although solar systems are becoming cheaper, this installation cost can still be prohibitive to some people.
Depending on how complicated your solar power system will be or how much power you will need, the cost could be as low as 5 thousand dollars and upwards of 50 thousand dollars. Although, many local and federal governing bodies can offer help, in the form of a tax rebate, the upfront costs still have to be worn by the home owner.
Another disadvantage that is often mentioned is that it can be unreliable. If the climate is not conducive to solar power generation, then a solar power system is not a good idea.
Another consideration that many people may not immediately think about is that solar power generation is often out of phase with the average households needs. The best time to create solar power is around midday. This is normally when most people are at work and are not using any energy at home. Conversely, when they need energy most, at night or early morning, the Sun is not effective.
So unless you can store the energy that the Sun creates, solar power is not viable. Fortunately there are a number of ways to store this energy. The easiest way is to send it to the utility service provider for storage. The more complicated way is to have your own battery bank where the energy can be stored.
Solar panels can be large and often have to be placed in specific locations. This may interfere with the look or design of the house which could be a problem to some people. The same applies to flat plate collectors or water tanks.
Also large solar panels or a solar water tank may obstruct the views of neighbors or cause them to be concerned. In many cases this can be overcome by mentioning that you are installing the system before hand. Systems like solar panels are also becoming more integrated into the building materials.
And the final disadvantage of solar power may not be a disadvantage depending on your outlook. Essentially you are creating your own power station and it becomes your responsibility to maintain it and ensure it does not break down. This will be more work than using the grid but may be rewarding both intellectually and financially depending on how you view solar power.

Affordable solar power for your home is now on the horizon. If you haven’t considered converting your home to solar you should. It’s now within your reach to do so and there are many reasons why.
The spikes in energy costs recently aren’t going to somehow mystically go away. We are rapidly getting close to critical mass when it comes to our energy needs. Prices will only escalate. How much are you willing to pay?
The time has come to realize that this planet is taking a beating environmentally. With each passing day pollution continues to increase poisoning our atmosphere. 3rd world countries once only a blip on the radar are quickly developing and oil supplies are rapidly depleted as we use more than we can refine.
Two very powerful reasons to contemplate for sure and in doing so comes the realization that just as our nations need energy independence so do we as individuals. Energy independence is something we should all be thinking about.
Current technology has now improved out ability to power up our homes with new state of the are residential solar power kits. Now, virtually every power consumption item in your home can be powered by solar energy.
The new technologically advanced solar power kits are extremely easy to install and even easier to maintain. What was once impossible to afford is now coming into reach of nearly any family budget.
How exactly do these solar power kits work and what is involved? Will the results they provide benefit my bottom line energy costs? Advanced technology has removed many mysteries so lets explore the answers to these questions.
Residential solar power kits are made up of many different modules and when putting these modules together can power everything in your house. Photovoltaic cells which are also known as photoelectric cells are the main source of conversion.
Solar panels are made up of the cells and are arranged in such a fashion that they soak up the power given off by the sun.
These photo cells gather up the suns energy and quickly converts that into electricity which can then be stored in super efficient deep cycle batteries. Power converters can then deliver this electricity as AC or straight DC power to your home.
Your entire home can be run by solar power depending on how many panels you install. You may even produce enough power to then sell back to the power company in the form of credits and never pay a power bill again!
You can also install solar water heating modules and also what is called a solar furnace but I have addressed those in other articles. Even things in your yard can now be all on solar energy.
There are many new solar power kit companies coming out with the latest technology that will allow you to install a residential solar power kit in your home right now.
The cost saving you will experience with be seen immediately and these systems can pay for themselves rapidly over time. Detailed plans for adding these affordable solar power systems to you home can be found on the web if you know where to look. Installation is easy and energy independence can finally be yours!

Proper Running Form
In order to get the most from a running session, a few things have to be in place. Running form is one factor that can contribute to successful running far more than many people would think. Form will usually be adjusted according to the running surface or type of workout. For example, on a running track made of cement, the individual will naturally adjust stride and use of the shoe’s sole to make the run comfortable and efficient. Of course, running on a treadmill or on a softer, synthetic surface track will require other adjustments for those situations. It is similar to the adjustments made with indoor cycling training, compared to riding a bicycle outside.
Tips For Proper Form
Many people have learned to keep good posture when running, with hips, shoulders and head lined up correctly in relation to the feet. It is also essential to understand that the head angle dictates motion or significantly influences the overall movement of the body. Some coaches and trainers suggest that the individual focus about 10 meters or 20 meters ahead on the track to ensure that posture is correct.
In addition to contributing mechanically to efficient running, good posture can help the individual achieve maximum lung capacity. This alone can be the difference between a successful session and a non-successful. The process of filling the lungs to capacity when running actually begins with a few deep breaths. This helps condition the lungs for the run to come.
Other coaches and trainers urge not burning up excess energy with unnecessary arm swing or movement of the upper part of the body. Spectators who marvel at the great runners sometimes notice the elbows are held very close to the body and the hands are relatively loose.
Just as each person has a unique way of walking, each individual has a singular way of running. Feet contact the ground differently and this may be a major reason for our inefficient running sessions. Coaches and trainers with years of experience urge runners not to make changes so radical that they are a shock to the body. Those new to the concept of guidelines for proper running may be surprised to know that, given time, the body will adjust to new terrain, new surroundings and the need for a new stride.
For most people, proper form means the feet touch the ground directly beneath the body. A combination of science and art is necessary for the fluid movement that comes from good running form. Further adjustments can be made depending on the requirements ? dash, long-distance, recreation etc.
